By accessing or using Genie Nena ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service. Genie Nena is part of the NOVA empire of AI-driven digital products operated under the UVZ Funnel Forge framework.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, source code, AI prompts, UVZ frameworks, product layers, Golden Nugget Hooks, Three-Angle Offer systems, chatbot personas, and training data on this Service are © 2026 Sherman Monte and are protected by international copyright law. The UVZ Funnel Forge methodology, the 3-Layer framework (Industry → Niche → Unique Value Zone), the Layered Product System, and all derivative materials are proprietary intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or train any AI model on our content without explicit written permission.
You may not resell, white-label, or sublicense any part of the Service.
All user-generated outputs remain your property, but the underlying frameworks and prompts that generate them remain ours.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt Service infrastructure.
Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
Build a competing product using our outputs or frameworks.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Paid features are billed via Stripe and/or Whop. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are in USD unless stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This Service uses AI models to generate text, strategies, and recommendations. Outputs are provided "as is" and are not professional legal, financial, medical, or business advice. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated output. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for purpose, or specific business results.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherman Monte and Genie Nena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
